community health centers in Jackson and Madison
Counties, Kentucky. We offer pediatric, family, and
internal medicine, dentistry, mental health—even a
full-service pharmacy!

members of our community. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit
corporation, and as a Federally Qualified Health Care
Center, we receive federal funding to offset costs for
uninsured and low-income patients.

The Clinics will begin providing
services in Irvine, KY on June 29, 2009. The
Clinics will provide medical, dental and pharmacy services
for residents of Estill County. The Clinics will operate
two sites located in the same building. Please see the
