Fred has a B.S. degree from the University of Georgia School of Pharmacy. He is currently licensed in Georgia and Kentucky. He has been a practicing pharmacist since 1982 and he has also served as a clinical consultant with a pharmacy benefit manager. His clinical interests include hyperlipidemia and osteoporosis. He is originally from Ringgold, Georgia. He and his wife Sherrye have five children.
