Rachel Powell is originally from Ohio, but was raised in Beattyville, KY.  She received her baccalaureate degree in nursing from Eastern Kentucky University.  Rachel completed her masters in nursing at both UK and EKU, as a family nurse practitioner.  She can see patients of all ages.
