White House Clinics' doctors are available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
During normal business hours, please call our office. We'll take a message, and your doctor or a nurse will return your call.
Sometimes it may take 2 to 3 hours for us to call you back. Our doctors and nurses return calls between patient exams, during lunchtime, or even at the end of the day.
If you have an urgent situation, please tell us, and we'll make sure your call is returned right away.
After hours, you may reach your doctor at (859) 986-3151. Ask to speak with your doctor or the doctor who is on-call for your doctor. Richmond adult patients should call 859-893-0780, enter your phone number and hang up. A physician will then return your call.
We answer all calls within the hour and usually much sooner. Please call during evening and weekend hours only when you have a problem that won't wait until the next business day.
It's easier for us to help you with most things, including prescription refills, during normal business hours.
